Terms & Conditions 1vyn – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the 1vyn in any form whatsoever — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you hereby confirm that:

• You are playing in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person;

Platform 1vyn accepts deposits in MYR only. All supported payment methods are local Malaysian methods. The minimum deposit is RM10 and no processing fees are charged.

Payment methods available at 1vyn:

• All deposits must be made from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits credited to a 1vyn account cannot be reversed or refunded except in the event of a verified technical error.
• 1vyn reserves the right to request identity verification before processing deposits that exceed a certain amount as a security measure.
• All deposits are processed in under 5 minutes under normal circumstances. If a deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, please contact 1vyn customer support.

Member 1vyn may make withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM20 per transaction.
• Withdrawal method: Funds may be withdrawn to a registered and verified Malaysian bank account (via FPX), DuitNow, or Touch 'n Go eWallet.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. In exceptional circumstances (where KYC verification is required), processing may take up to 24 hours.
• The withdrawal method must be the same: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Bonus rollover requirements: Any balance involving a bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Identity verification: 1vyn reserves the right to request identity document verification (a copy of your MyKad or passport) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain value.

All bets that have been submitted and confirmed are final and cannot be reversed. 1vyn reserves the right to void or amend bets where there is an obvious technical error, incorrectly stated odds, or evidence of fraudulent activity.

The minimum stake for Sports Betting is RM5 and the minimum bet for casino games depends on the type of game selected.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1vyn subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Specific values and conditions are stated on the Welcome Bonus page. Standard rollover is 20x the total deposit and bonus amount.
• Weekly Cashback: Awarded every Monday based on the previous week's net losses. A 3x rollover is required before withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per User: Each individual, IP address, residential address, phone number, and payment method is eligible for the same bonus only once.
• Time Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.
• Restricted Games: Some games may not contribute, or may contribute at a different rate, towards rollover requirements. Please refer to the specific promotion's terms for details.
• Right of Cancellation: 1vyn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform 1vyn and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any refund:

• Opening or using more than one account (whether directly or through another person);
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation;
• Transfer funds between member accounts without authorisation;
• Engage in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs for unauthorised gain;
• Colluding with other members in player-versus-player games;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to conceal your true identity or location.

1vyn uses advanced detection systems to monitor suspicious activity. Any confirmed violation will result in the immediate freezing of account funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

Account 1vyn may be closed in the following scenarios:

1. At Member's Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 1vyn customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned within 3–5 business days after verification.
2. Self-Exclusion: Members who need a break from gambling may apply for a temporary or permanent account suspension via the Responsible Gaming feature on 1vyn.
3. Closure by 1vyn: 1vyn reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any action deemed harmful to the platform or other members.
4. Inactive: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure at 1vyn's discretion. Members will be notified in advance via email.

In short, 1vyn:

• Collecting only the data necessary for the operation of the service;
• Using 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions;
• Not selling or transferring your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent;
• Storing your data securely and complying with all applicable data protection requirements;
• Gives you the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1vyn is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or casino game outcomes;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party server failures, internet outages, or natural disasters;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial institutions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the 1vyn platform.

Maximum liability 1vyn to any member under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit value made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Although 1vyn endeavours to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, technical disruptions may occur. In such situations:

• Any pending bets affected by a technical disruption will be handled fairly — either settled based on the actual outcome or fully refunded, depending on the circumstances.
• 1vyn is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the member's end.
• In the event of an obvious and material error in the display of odds or winnings, 1vyn reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes.
• Notifications regarding scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-platform notifications on 1vyn.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the platform 1vyn shall be resolved through the following procedure:

1. Internal Resolution: Members must first submit a written complaint to the 1vyn customer support team via email at [email protected]. 1vyn will respond within 5 business days.
2. Consultation: If a complaint is not resolved at the first stage, both parties agree to attempt resolution through voluntary mediation within 30 days.
3. Final Resolution: If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through a mutually agreed method of arbitration.

1vyn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via:
